How the TurkLogic Editorial Team writes, checks, dates and corrects the grammar guides and practical articles on turklogic.com.
Who writes our content
Articles on this site are published under the byline TurkLogic Editorial Team. This is the content team ofReinLogic, the company that develops the TurkLogic Android app and publishes this website. We use a team byline because every page is written, edited and checked by more than one person.
Aylin, who appears in tip boxes on some pages, is the tutor character from the TurkLogic app. She is a teaching persona, not an author or a real person.
How grammar content is checked
- Every grammar guide is checked before publication, with particular attention to example sentences, suffix forms and translations.
- Rules are checked against the standard written language as described by the Turkish Language Association (Türk Dil Kurumu, tdk.gov.tr) and established Turkish grammar references.
- Where everyday spoken Turkish differs from the written standard, we say so explicitly instead of presenting one form as the only correct one.
- Each guide is labelled with an approximate CEFR level (A1–C1) to help you decide when to study it. These labels are our editorial judgement, not an official classification.
- Guides show the date they were first published and the date of the last substantive update.
How practical and legal guides are sourced
Guides about life in Turkey — residence permits, address registration, phone registration, taxes, banking and similar topics — are based on information published by official Turkish authorities wherever possible, including:
- goc.gov.tr — Presidency of Migration Management (Göç İdaresi): residence permits, address rules for foreigners
- turkiye.gov.tr — e-Devlet Kapısı: online public services, registrations, appointments
- btk.gov.tr — Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK): IMEI / phone registration
- gib.gov.tr — Revenue Administration (GİB): tax, invoicing, sole proprietorships
Rules, fees and procedures in Turkey change frequently. Guides that contain this kind of information show a“Last verified” date and list the sources we checked. If a guide has no such date, treat any figures in it as indicative only. Our guides are general information and language help, not legal, tax or immigration advice — please read our disclaimer and confirm details with the relevant authority before acting.
Use of AI tools
We use AI-assisted tools for parts of our workflow, such as drafting outlines, generating candidate example sentences and checking text for consistency. All published content is reviewed and edited by our team, and the team is responsible for what appears on the site. AI tools are not used as a source of facts about Turkish law or procedures.
Independence and the TurkLogic app
This website is published by the same company that makes the TurkLogic app, and many pages link to it. We do not accept payment for coverage. If advertising appears on the site, it is clearly separated from editorial content and does not influence what we write.
Corrections
If you spot a mistake — a wrong suffix, an unnatural example sentence, or outdated practical information — please email[email protected] with the page URL and what you think should change. We review every report. When we make a substantive correction, we update the page and its “Updated” date.
